I don't do either thing on the new iPod. Yet. I don't even manage podcasts on my PC. I listen to about five podcasts a year. They generally don't interest me enough to worry about managing them. As for voice commands, I can barely voice-command a dog, you want me to voice-command a machine? HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
