I use sound forge 7 on a regular basis. Simply press M to set a marker. control left and right arrows moves from marker to marker. Control-shift right/left arrow keys will select to the next or previous marker.
I'm not aware of being able to move markers in SF. think you have to create a new marker with control-M again to have a marker at a new position. Ray.
