You might want to double check me on this, but I don't believe you can buy Talks for the Windows Mobile platform except through Verizon and only preinstalled on specific phones. I believe that Nuance will mnake a Windows Mobile version of Talks available that you can urchase separately and install on any supported Windows Mobile phone, but this hasn't happened yet.
