Hello Iram, yes the IPlayer is accessible, however on the one on BBC itself, you can not access the rewind and fast forward options. I instead use a program called accessible BBC IPlayer which is obtainable from www.webbie.org.uk It is part of the webbie suite of programs., Hope this helps.
