first thing you're going to want to do when you're on a page with a subscribe button right click that and arrow down to copy shortcut. Now, in the open juice window, control N an edit box will appear. paste that shortcut into the field. It may look something like this. http://www.radionz.co.nz/podcasts/mediawatch.rss Right arrow to the cleanup tab and check the box that says automatically delete episodes older than X The default is 14 days. The URL might look like this
