Jed, Chris is correct. Cake Talking is supposed to work great with Sonar.
I am a WE user and have had quite a bit of experience with the program. I don't know the price of JAWS or Cake Talking, but you can get Sonar from Musicians Friend for a good price. 800-772-5173 Hope this helps.
