I'm not sure where to get it, but I seem to recall that you need a plug-in
for M4A files.

Subject: Is there a way to change file formats with Goldwave?

Hi,
A friend emailed some attachments of music in the m4a format. I would like
to change these formats to mp3 format so I can copy and play them on my
Stream. When I import these files into Goldwave I get an error message
which basically says that Goldwave can't figure out the format except for
a raw suffix. Is there anything I can do about this, besides asking my
friend To change the format
Thanks for your help.
Vinny
