I recall lengthy threads on this subject some time ago, and it all seems to hinge around the fact that the settings for enabling recording in Vista's Control Panel application are hidden until you know the process to go through to unhide them. So, this is what we want from anyone who knows about this. I don't use Vista but should I encounter a machine running it then I would like to know how to get at these hidden controls.
