Pam says there's no way.  It isn't accessible at all.  Evidently she's seen
this discussion somewhere and mentioned it.

It sure just looks like a read=-aloud kind of thing.  In other words, I
don't see where it says anything about the ability to bookmark being
speech-friendly and such.  It's probably a lot like the read-aloud feature
in Adobe Reader, but I don't know since I don't own one.
