Yes I have used KBPiano for a few years. Now I can't comment on how well
it
will work with Jaws but I use it just fine with win-eyes. First make sure
you are in the main window of the program.
There is a music creator window but that window is not speech friendly so
you want to be in the untitled window. Lets now type control-p which will
put the program in practice mode. Press notes on the bottom of the
keyboard
and see if you hear sound. Press escape to cancel this window. If no sound
is heard lets press The letter p and that will bring up a patch list where
you select the instruments you'd like. This should at least get you
started
Dean but if you need more help Please drop me email and I'll help you.

KbPiano is a neat-looking little program that turns the computer keyboard
into a music keyboard. It has features allowing you to create chords,
blend
instruments, and record your creation. It looks like it should work, but
so
far I have not gotten any music out of it. I've used the Pass Key Through
feature of JAWS to ensure that JAWS isn't grabbing the keystrokes. Has
anybody tried this?
