If you think SAM Broadcaster is simple, I'd hate to see what you think is complicated! For simplicity, it doesn't get any simpler than two instances of Winamp and the Shoutcast plug-in that comes with it. The first instance of wWinamp controls the music, the second controls the broadcast. If you can use Winamp, you can broadcast.
