does anyone have a badly cross-coded audio file, containing lots of quite
noticeable artifacts? I'm not sure I've ever heard what that sounds like;
and I'd like to hear it, so I will know what it is I don't want to hear in
my own files.
If you have such an object lesson in what an audio file should not sound
like, could you email it to me?

If your synthesizer pronounces them identically, instruct your customized
pronunciation dictionary that Dana=dayna.
