This works for me on 2 different computers. Run Windows Media Player 11 first then insert your DVD movie disc in. Wait a few seconds. When the movie starts playing see if you can move around with the tab key. If you cannot move around with the tab keypress then do an alt+tab command until you hear Windows Media Player - this is a different screen which allows me to use the keyboard shortcuts here like ctrl+s and ctrl+p. If you keep tabbing you will see a listview box witgh all the chapters in your movie. Just arrow down to a different chapter and press your enter key to play that chapter.
