Thanks for the suggestion. Seemed logical, so I tried it, but
unfortunately, no go. The player comes up, but there's no sound.

The solution that has usually worked for me is to go into my internet
security settings and reset them to the default settings. Apparently if they
are set a certain way they can block a web site from sending streaming files
to you. Of course you need to make sure that your antivirus and antispyware
programs are up-to-date and working before you change your security settings.
But I've found this method works when nothing else does. HTH.
