I don't know when I'll get to writing more specific instructions, but I'll try to do so. I may record them. Basically, you open the program, hit alt-a for audio and hit enter. The trick is to then navigate to the folder where your audio files are. When you find that folder, you navigate through it. When you find an audio file to add to the compilation, hit alt+d. As I mentioned in the recording, JAWS doesn't read this listing perfectly; System Access and window-Eyes both do. With JAWS, use the read current line hotkey, by default insert+up arrow, to make sure you're really on the audio file you think you're on.
