Applian Technologies makes Replay Converter 3.12 which is accessible with JAWS 9 as I beta tested it for them for over a year now. If you buy Replay AV 8.50 you will get Replay Converter 3.12 included. I am not sure if they support your DIVX format but can't check this for you. Email me privately if you need to know this.
