Hello all,
I seem to have an odd problem that I can't figure out how to fix. I
have a Realtek HD audio card or at least I think I have that
correct. Anyway, I'm trying to record some audio and it doesn't
matter what program I use I can't get it to work. If I use Roxio
Easy Media I can copy video but I don't hear anything. If I try and
use the sound editor I can't get my external mic to show up. The
same goes for Gold Wave, Windows Movie Maker and so on. I can't even
use the sound recorder. i've checked all my settings and nothing is
set to mute. it's the strangest thing i've ever seen.
I know this is a bit confusing but if anyone has any suggestions I'd
sure appreciate it.
