>From what I can ascertain, the Plextalk offers somewhat more by way of recording: stereo, recording to DAISY. It is also just a touch smaller. The Stream can play many more formats, including Audible, OGG Vorbis, FLAC, unprotected WMA, RTF, and BRF files, so that's where it shines. I believe it is also a little cheaper.
