Pam You should have no problem doing this using the tandem of WE7 and iTunes8. i have done exactly this for a couple of iTunes only podcasts marking episodes I wanted and then have them retrieved. If the podcast can be subscribed with a general podcast program such as Juice, you also have this option.
I don't have time today to check out the specific feed you mention, but I will place it on the to-do list for early in the week. This is one of the great things about podcast subscriptions. You can not only receive the latest installments automatically, but also many subscriptions store a good amount of backlogged material for later retrieval on a request basis.
