Doc, what's your problem? When you open SF noise reduction in goldwave you can tab to move through the combo boxes and other graphic elements to choose right value you wish. In some elements you should use jaws-cursor or mouse cursor (in win-eyes terminology). The dialog box is not the most accessible, but it's fairly usable.
