Hi Alex, A few years ago I had this problem. The way I got Winamp to play OGG files was to completely uninstall Winamp, then I manually removed any left over files in the folder C:\program files\Winamp and then I installed Winamp again and this fixed the problem. So you might try this and see if this problem is fixed after a fresh installation of Winamp. I hope this helps.
