Hi, Go into the view menu, hit up aro once or twice, when your screen reader says accessibility, hit enter on that. Make sure both of those boxes are checked (keyboard navigation and simplified graphics), and do the following to make sure your volume isn't low:
1. Go to the tools menu by hitting alt t. 2. Press p for options. 3. Go down once, you should hear audio options. Now tab twice until you hear microphone volume: 0 percent. 4. Hit right aro, or more acurately hold it down, jaws will stil say 0 percent but it should be at 100. 5. Tab a few more times until you hear speaker volume. Again, hold down your right aro. By the way, this is a good time to mention it. If let skype control your audio is checked, it really does screw up your audio devices. So I recommend having this unchecked. (With my USB headset, it kept turning the microphone volume down so I kept getting frustrated until I finally realized). It really makes your system go bonkers, some of the time- but for some people can work wonders. Now, tab over to save, and you should be good to go. Also be sure and check in sounds and audio devices to make sure your microphone isn't muted. Make sure its at 100 percent, too- I keep mine there. I'd rather people here me a bit too much than not at all.
