The one package I find that works quite well for creating (no break) type cds from multiple files is acoustica cd burner. Right clicking can, even blend in a bit of the one track into the other, so if there is a click between them, you can make sure it doesn't happen due to a DC issue with your sound card, giving you a few milliseconds of blend, enough so the end-user doesn't know, only the engineer. :) It is a little tricky sometimes with a screen reader, but it surely can be done.
