Hi Scott, Can you hear the audio when you play any other content in Windows Media Player? Like an MP3 file for instance. I have a similar problem, where video is playing on the screen but there is no audio. This happened when I upgraded to WMP11, and downgrading to WMP10 did not fix the issue. I use Winamp for playing media files though, and Power DVD to play DVD's, so if you cannot fix the problem there are 2 pieces of software that may be useful to you.
