Hi, CDex will allow you to rip a CD as one big file. I do this all the time with no problems. What you need to do is make sure all tracks are selected, control_A usually does the job if it isn't automatically done for you, and then in the convert menu, select the 'Convert a Section' of the CD. The title of the dialog is misleading because if you have all tracks selected, then the 'selection' you convert is actually the entire CD in to one large track. the shortcut key for this is F10, I believe.
