Hi Larry, I can only answer your second question. in_flv is one of the input plug-ins included with Winamp. It is hard to say if you will have this plug-in as this depends on what features of Winamp you decided to install. Anyway if you have this plug-in installed it will be listed in the Input Plug-in section of the preferences in Winamp. I hope this helps.
