Hi John simply load in sound recorder a wav file of approximately the same length of your proposed recording.
making sure you are at the beginning of the audio file, simply record your new wav file on top of it hope i'm making sense. sorry for any irregularities in the format of my mail as i'm writing using my nokia phone.
