Hi. The two speakers are connected to the subwoofers. And from there is the
wire with volume tuner and there's something written in there, to sub and
from source. It is then connected to the computer.

Hi.
I believe I'm understanding that you have two jacks for 2.1 speakers? truth 
be known, there should only be one jack necessary. I believe that if you 
have to use two jacks like that with that setup, probably your issue is 
getting your sound card to realize that the left channel is plugged into one

jack on the sound card and the right is in another. Let us know if that 
helps any.
