The two things are unrelated. Rockbox doesn't know or care about how much space there is or isn't. All Rockbox does is speak menus. It doesn't really read the screen in the sense that JAWS or Window-Eyes does. If it did, then it would be able to read the filenames in song directories, which it cannot do.
