I don't think this is exactly what you're looking for, but I've found 
the games on WhatIfSports.com to be accessible. I myself have a team in 
Hoops Dynasty where I'm currently coaching a college basketball team. 
This is a basketball simulation game. In Hoops Dynasty, you recruit 
players, set practice times and do some scouting/game planning. The 
games are simulated at 2AM eastern US time. You can read through the 
play by play after the simulation and then look through the box score. 
Like I said, it's all accessible, and I've found the site administrators 
are very willing to work with me on accessiblility issues. It isn't 
free, and if you want more information, I'd suggest going to 
WhatIfSports.com.
