with jaws if it is not focusing on the combo box, which is what it does for me, use the jaws cursor to click one of the items in the box. Hopefully this should bring you to the main screen. then when you tab the first box is the edit field, which becomes a list box as you make more searches. the next tab would be the search button then the library button. You should also be able to see the library button with the jaws cursor on the left side of the screen.
