Hi All, I am buying the cdrw-dvdrw software from PriemierTechnology recommended earlier. I actually have an early copy that didn't work very well. but I am going to try the new one. However, I still need some direction on recording/creating a dvd layout from scratch. I now know it is not done the same way as a cdr audio cd. I was told I need to watch out for splitting of photos when pasting them into a layout.
I hope to learn how to put family photos on to dvd's and create a running movie out of them. I do have a device called one touch vhs to dvd recorder which is suppose to be easy to use. This is produced by Magnavox. A totally blind user can start the recording with pressing of the one touch button. The problem is when recording is finished, you must access some menus to finalize the process. This is not accessible. So I have my wife do this part. I hope this dvd creation from scratch is not out of reach for a totally blind user via a screenreader. This could be a very promising vocation for a young adult, high school student for a summer job etc. I hope to start such a project in my school. Sorry for the long email and thanks for any information in advance. Please pass this email to other lists I am sure are out there. I genuinely thank all for guidance.
