Hi Dan: Some demos of plug ins will introduce a beep into the program until it is purchased. Have you installed any demo plug ins, or have you insttalled any evaluation software, or perhaps some software that may have lapsed to a pay now status? Be sure to check those plug ins, remember the old saying , that there is no such thing as a free lunch.
