I went to Rockbox.org, and I saw the following in the list of supported players "• SanDisk: Sansa c200, e200 and e200R series (not the v2 models)". From following the mailing lists, it seems like it's hard to determine if you have a V2 model. Maybe one of the list members who has a Sansa can tell you how to determine if you have a V2 model or not. Otherwise, maybe some googling on the web will point you to some useful information.
