Hi back, check out your sound settings in the main menu. There might be soemthing in there. If that does not work, you might email the company techs and present your problem to them. But, if your cassett is playing fine upfront, then I bet they will tell you it is either your sound card, or something to do with your speakers or settings. Maybe undo your speakers and just try converting the file first. burn it to a cd and see what it sounds like. But if the casset plays fine, I suspect something else.
Have you tried different casstes. Maybe create a short test file and see what it might do on maybe a brand new cassett. Otherwise, I do not know more than that. Also, try different files, mp3 first, then wave, different quality settings and so forth. There should be someone that knows more than I do about these matters. Sorry I cannot tell you more.
