You may want to use a file service such as Sendspace or Filesend or 
Mediafire or Publicftp.  You can get to any of them by using the website 
you'd expect to use from their names.  They're all .com  You upload the file 
and the service sends a link to the person you want to send the file to. 
They're all free, although they do have premium services with more features 
that you pay for.
