There is also a program called Eclipse Writer that will help you in marking up text, Word, even .pdf files and allow you to build DAISY books either as structured text or audio, both of which could be put on the Stream. I have done a little experimenting with this program, and while it is a tedious pain to mark up a long text, it is quite simple, and the program help will teach you everything you need to know.
I just took a look at the online site, and Eclipse Writer appears to be a bit simpler to use.
