I've had some turntables to do that to me too.
If your turntable is a belt driven turntable, then that could be apart of 
the problem.
Sometimes the belt is a little to tight.
This is why it plays records a step to fast.
Also, the motor could be a little off.
If it uses the kind of a motor that's usually found in tape recorders, then 
the bias will need to be adjusted a little.
If it is adjusted to 3.5 MV, then it will play records in the key of e.
But if the bias is higher then 3.5 MV, then it will play a little faster 
then that.
You will need a technician to do this for you.
Trying to use a peace of software to correct that kind of a problem won't 
really fix it for you.
