Hi, I'm currently working on a sound spatialization software and I need to play sound on 6 channels and currently the API used is DirectSound. I have an Edirol FA-101 (firewire) soundcard with 10 input and 10 output but I can't get more than 2 channels working together with my program. To test the multichannel capabilities, I've tried to play a 5.1 movie but with no luck I'm using Windows XP pro SP2 and the soundcard appears as five separate 2-channels devices when looking at the sound configurator and I think this should be the problem.
