Hi, I just went to sirius.com and utilized the 3 day free trial using their media player. The site is fully accessible as well as the player. You have to hit a link that announces a code you must submit to get the free trial. Before doing so, click on free trial and fill out form fields. they will then send you a password via email. then go back to player page and enter user name, which is your email address, followed by the given password, followed by the announced code, which is a five digit number. Listen carefully, because voice spoken is soft.
I'm not sure about the sound quality, but I am a talk radio junky, so it will suffice. I had my dishnetwork on the same Sirius channel and it sounds better via dish than online.
