I listened to the presentation by the guy from Ccrane on Accessibleworld. He said the radios he sells are probably not too accessible. I don't think he got much into how they're set up, but I take it that it sort of works like an analog radio where you flip through a huge dial. The other problem would be setting it up for the wireless security. Obviously, one doesn't want to leave the network open for everyone to connect just to use a radio. The only thing he may be a little off on, as far as I know, is that I doubt the mac address of it would just allow paid content providers to send authorizations to it, as I don't think you can connect to a specific mac address on the net despite what IP address the provider gives that device.
