But I'd like to produce a better then good quality recording. I just have cheapo mics now, a twenty buck headphone mic combo and an eleven dollar computer mic. What should I maybe start with? If I wanted to look for a used mic on ebay or what have ya, what should I look for? I remember a conversation about the imic a while ago, but I didn't really understand what it exactly did. so, what can't I do without an imic? Is that even what it's called?
