I usually use Partition Magic, but I find Disk Management in Windows XP
itself very accessible and able to do most things I want to do with
respect to partition or disk management. Go onto your desktop, find My
Computer and use Shift-F10 to bring up the context menu. Select Manage
in the context menu. In the resulting tree list, move down to Disk
Management under Storage. Use the tab and arrow keys to move from disk
to disk and partition to partition. Use the Shift-F10 key to bring up
the context menu for the partition or disk. This doesn't do everything, but
if you haven't used it before, you'll be surprised at what you can do,
how easy it is and how accessible it all is.

Oh, and I'd also suggest moving these questions off of the PC Audio list
and onto a general computer list.
