Oh, it's a way to download music for free, and it's legal. I don't remember much about what I saw when I went there, except that to keep your files playing on your mp3 player, you have to sync up with the files you download from spiralfrog within thirty days, or something like that. I'm guessing it's some sort of Microsoft site that keeps you on a fairly tight leash in order for you to download this music free. Smile.
