Hey Catherine This is pretty easy to fix actually. When you install replay music, it does try to install a different sound card driver and it makes that one the default one, instead of your windows default. So what you'll need to do is go into your control pannel, sounds and audio devices and go to the audio tab. Then change it back from the replay driver back to your sound card and press apply, then ok and you'll be right! Hope this helps.
