Does anyone on these lists know exactly and specifically what is needed to patch a computer and a telephone together so that the person in the phone can be heard by the people in the computer chat room and vice versa? I need to know exactly what we need, including model numbers if necessary. We need this in order to improve the sound quality of Books And Beyond. As it is now, the quality is inconsistent at best and an editing nightmare for the person doing that job.
