It's because I want to use it on a victor stream which has a sd card. I'd
have to copy the files in a specific folder or directly on the card.
Would I be able to do it in wmp?

You can create an auto playlist in windows media player that will allow you
to create a random playlist of any size you wish and then synchronise to
your portable player. I do this all the time to fill my 1GB stone.

Search for a program called Music IP Mixer, which
will create play lists based on a seed list or
song and I believe will allow you to load up a
portable device or drive with the selected music.
