Hi chris, thanks for your most helpful message. i am storing it for further use, if i get in another situation like the last one. i am still having trouble with the logica headset volume. i can find it in sounds and devices, but when i tab to volume, and enter it, i find everything except any mention of logica. all other volumes are acceptable. what do i do chris. brian.
