Hello. use the direct sound out and then you can adjust onthe fly. I use it in
my broadcasting and I'musing it nw as I'm typing
this message. the music is way below jaws just the way I like it..

Subject: a winamp question

Hi listers. I have been seeing this thread about winamp versus WMP for a
while, and the only problem I can see with winamp, especially is that if I
use the direct sound output the volume is well below the volume of jaws.
This sometimes causes problems. If I bring the EQ up to try to compensate
for it, it sometimes saturates the player with weird results. If anyone
knows a way around this, I would be interested in hearing it. Thanks

Ted Phillips
