Hey Wes

I have another guy on the Winamp4TheBlind list i run who is
experiencing the exact same problem as you are, almost to the
letter. it sounds to me like the only way to get around this one, as
I said a few days ago on here is to visit, http://forums.winamp.com
and contact the developers or a larger group of folks who can
actually help. The very group of folks who write the program are on
those forums, so asking the question more directly to them will
probably get you some better results. The only thing is, that to
even get your question looked at, you have to do 2 things.
Firstly, you gotta register, and unfortunately you have to get past
that big bad captcha, and there's no audio alternative to that. I
suppose you could always write to:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] or [EMAIL PROTECTED] and see if you get a
response. This sucks because I don't really have a good way to
contact them, and you have to get past the captcha to even register.

Then secondly after you register, you have to give them some specs
about your machine including operating system, audio and video card
and driver versions, version of Winamp and the error message if
any. There may be more in some cases depending on what
happens. They also sometimes require the use of a program called
Hijack This which will create a log of your systems processes and
eliminate any bad stuff in there if there is any. I have absolutely
no idea how screenreader the program is, and that's not on topic for
the list so we won't go any further on that one.
But if you can ask the question on the forums in any case, that'll
probably get you more of a straight up answer. Sorry I don't have
more info, that's really the best I got.

Thanks.
